Employee messages

Employee messages are a convenient way to communicate with one or more employees through AIMsi. For example, you might use employee messages to inform employees of annual review dates and times. As each employee logs in, he or she will receive a pop-up message with your text. The employee will double-click on the pop-up to review the message, mark it as read, reply to it, print it, and/or delete it.

Employee time clock

If you have employees who will clock in and out for their shifts, consider having them do so right from AIMsi. You can require that they clock in before using AIMsi and can track hours worked by employee and/or location. Employee time clock can be used for standard working hours, vacation time, sick time, jury duty, and so on. When the need arises, employees with permission to do so may update or add time clock entries for other employees, such as for upcoming paid time off or incorrect clock in/out entries.

If desired, you can view which employees are clocked in at one or more of your locations. You can also generate a report of time clock entries for one or more employees and dates.
